We are a summer camp that has a commercial freezer and cooler. The freezer, I've had several companies come out and have been unable to get it running. When Brian's company looked at it, they were able to fix the freezer and showed me several points where the other companies had actually messed up the wiring and made other mistakes that actually kept the unit from working. They fixed the mistakes from the other companies and repaired the problem that had knocked the freezer offline to begin with. We had another service provider come out in the summer to maintenance our AC unit and furnace. Shortly after the visit our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I reached out to Brian after reading every review on his page. He came out and within 10 minutes our AC was blowing cold. The team at Scott Refrigeration are GREAT people work with. Not only did they service our AC and furnace, they told me what year they were installed and researched the models to give me a ballpark of how long we can expect them to last.
